Serena-Size Pizza
Ingredients
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup pasta sauce
2 tortilla preferrably small flour
Sliced avocados (optional)
Directions
Put a tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Spread pasta sauce over tortilla. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds. Top with sliced avocados. Slice with pizza cutter into wedges. Cool slightly and enjoy.
This is healthy because it has calcium in the cheese and protein too. The avocados are a source of what my mom calls "good fat" and that the fat helps build strong connections in the brain for good thinking. You can get the tortillas that are fat free and don't have any lard in them and they taste pretty good.
